ABOUT ME
If you are living with chronic pain, fertility struggles, anxiety, or ongoing emotional overwhelm, you may feel like your mind and body are constantly “switched on.”

MY PERSONAL CONNECTION TO THIS WORK
My interest in this field developed through seeing how deeply stress, illness, and emotional strain can affect both the mind and body. When cancer entered my family, I saw firsthand what it is like to watch someone you love go through fear, pain, and uncertainty, and to feel powerless in the face of it. That experience shaped my understanding of how emotional well-being, nervous system stress, and physical experience are deeply connected. It led me to specialise in supporting people who feel stuck in long-term cycles of stress, overwhelm, or physical discomfort.
WHAT I HELP WITH
I work online with clients in the UK and internationally who are experiencing:
Fertility-related emotional strain
Including IVF, IUI, unexplained infertility, and the emotional pressure of trying to conceive.
Chronic pain and persistent physical symptoms
Including fibromyalgia, nerve pain, medically unexplained symptoms, and stress-related pain amplification.
Stress, anxiety, and emotional overload
Especially when it starts to affect sleep, focus, confidence, or daily life.Often these experiences overlap; the body feels tense, the mind won’t switch off, and everything starts to feel harder than it should.
Why people come to work with me
Most people don’t come to me because they lack information. They usually come to me because something important in their life has become difficult to carry on their own. They may be living with chronic pain that has taken over their daily life, leaving them feeling physically exhausted and emotionally drained. They may be navigating unexplained infertility or fertility treatment and wondering why pregnancy hasn't happened despite doing everything they can. Some feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, constant worry, or stress that never seems to switch off. Others want to overcome a fear or phobia that is limiting their freedom, confidence, or opportunities. Whatever brings you here, the common thread is often the same: you are looking for more than temporary relief. You want to understand what may be keeping you stuck, regain a sense of control, and move forward feeling calmer, stronger, and more like yourself again. They often want a way to feel calmer inside themselves again. Not perfect, just more manageable.
HOW I WORK
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and RTT® Practitioner. I combine Clinical Hypnosis, RTT®, and mind–body approaches to help you work with the subconscious patterns and stress responses that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you are living with chronic pain, navigating fertility challenges, struggling with anxiety, or wanting to overcome a phobia, the aim is always the same: to help you move forward with greater calm, confidence, and emotional resilience. For some people, that means feeling less overwhelmed by persistent pain and regaining a greater sense of control over daily life. For others, it means navigating the uncertainty of fertility with renewed hope and emotional steadiness. For someone held back by a fear or phobia, it means building the confidence to do things that once felt impossible. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, helping you develop the tools and inner resources to move towards the life you want to live. Sessions are calm, structured, and always adapted to what you are experiencing that day.
Many of my clients describe things like:
- lying awake replaying thoughts they can’t shut off
- constantly scanning their body for symptoms or changes
- feeling tense even when nothing is happening
- struggling to relax without bracing for what might go wrong
- feeling emotionally exhausted from waiting, uncertainty, or symptoms
- trying to stay positive, but feeling internally overwhelmed anyway
If this sounds familiar, you are not alone in it.
