1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to the booking and delivery of services provided by Barbara Zironi ("the Practitioner").
By accessing this website, booking a consultation, purchasing a service, making payment, or engaging with any service provided by the Practitioner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to:
- RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) sessions;
- Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions;
- The Fertility Rewiring Method™ Programme;

- Consultations and related resources provided by the Practitioner.
If you enrol in the Fertility Rewiring Method™ Programme, you may also be required to enter into a separate Programme Agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Programme Agreement, the Programme Agreement will take precedence in relation to that programme.
Services are primarily delivered online via secure video conferencing platforms. From time to time, in-person sessions may be offered at the Practitioner’s discretion and by prior arrangement.

3. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website or booking any Services, you agree to these Terms.
A legally binding agreement between the Client and the Practitioner is formed when:
- a booking is accepted;
- payment is received; or
- the Client begins accessing paid Services.
The Practitioner reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your booking or purchase will be the version published at the time the agreement is formed.
4. Eligibility
By booking Services, you confirm that you:
- are aged 18 years or over;
- have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement;
- provide accurate and complete information;
- understand that Services may be provided online or, where agreed, in person.
The Practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue Services where it is considered professionally appropriate to do so, including where the Services may not be suitable for your circumstances.
5. Nature of the Services
The Practitioner provides:
- RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy);
- Clinical Hypnotherapy;
- The Fertility Rewiring Method™ Programme;
- Emotional wellbeing support;
- Mindset and personal transformation coaching.
Services may support clients experiencing challenges or seeking support with areas including:
- infertility and the emotional impact of fertility journeys and treatments;
- stress and emotional wellbeing;
- confidence and self-esteem;
- limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns;
- chronic pain management and pain-related wellbeing support;
- fears and phobias;
- habits and lifestyle changes;
- emotional resilience;
- personal growth and life transitions.
The Services are designed to support emotional wellbeing, mindset and personal development.
They are not medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis or a replacement for professional healthcare.
Hypnotherapy may be used alongside appropriate medical care; however, it does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by qualified healthcare professionals.
Clients should continue to seek advice from their GP, consultant, fertility specialist, pain management team or other appropriate healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or treatment.
6. Suitability for Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy and coaching are not suitable for everyone.
Before commencing Services, the Practitioner may ask questions about your circumstances, health and wellbeing to assess whether the Services are appropriate.
The Practitioner may decline, postpone or discontinue Services where:
- the Services are not considered suitable;
- additional professional support may be more appropriate;
- continuing would not be in the Client’s best interests.
Where appropriate, Clients may be encouraged to seek support from a suitably qualified healthcare professional.
7. Booking and Commencement of Services
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
A standalone Service is considered to have commenced when:
- the scheduled session begins; or
- personalised preparation, materials or resources created specifically for the Client have been provided.
Commencement of the Fertility Rewiring Method™ Programme is defined within the separate Programme Agreement.
8. Fees and Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
Clients purchasing Services from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any currency conversion fees, international transaction fees or charges applied by their payment provider.
9. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by providing at least 48 hours’ written notice.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or where an appointment is missed without notice, the session may be considered used and no refund will normally be available.
If the Practitioner needs to cancel due to illness, venue issues or unforeseen circumstances, the appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient opportunity.
Where appropriate and agreed by the Client, the session may instead be delivered online.
10. Refund Policy
Standalone sessions are non-refundable once the Service has commenced.
Refund requests submitted before commencement will be considered in accordance with these Terms and applicable UK consumer legislation.
Refund arrangements for the Fertility Rewiring Method™ Programme are governed by the separate Programme Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
11. Right to Cancel
Where Services are purchased online, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you request that a Service begins during this cancellation period, you expressly request immediate commencement of the Service.
You acknowledge that:
- once the Service has been fully provided, your statutory right to cancel that Service may end;
- if you cancel after requesting an early start but before completion, a reasonable charge may apply for work already carried out, where permitted by law.
Where digital hypnosis recordings or downloadable resources are supplied, cancellation rights may end once access has begun where permitted by applicable legislation.
12. Results and Professional Disclaimer
RTT®, Clinical Hypnotherapy and coaching are collaborative processes that support emotional wellbeing, mindset and personal development.
Every individual responds differently, and results vary depending on personal circumstances, engagement with the process and other factors outside the Practitioner’s control.
Although many clients experience meaningful and positive changes, no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed, including:

- improvements in confidence or self-esteem;
- conception, pregnancy or fertility treatment outcomes;
- any other physical, emotional or personal objective.
The Services provided are complementary and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional healthcare advice where required.
The Practitioner does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or advise Clients to stop or change treatment prescribed by healthcare professionals.

18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to applicable law, the Practitioner’s total liability arising from a claim relating to a standalone Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that specific Service.
The Practitioner is not responsible for decisions made by Clients regarding medical care, finances, relationships or other personal circumstances following participation in Services.
19. Website Content
